Order Processing Time
All orders placed on Plearty are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days
from the date of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
We partner with Amazon FBA to ensure fast, reliable, and secure shipping
directly from our fulfillment centers. The typical shipping times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): Available for all orders within the United States
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your selected delivery method, order size, and destination. Free standard shipping may be available for certain products or order thresholds, clearly indicated at checkout
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package’s journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
International Shipping
Currently, Plearty ships exclusively within the United States. International
shipping options are not available at this time. Please check back for updates, as
we plan to expand our shipping destinations soon
Address Changes and Errors
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before finalizing your order. If you
notice a mistake after placing an order, immediately contact us at hello@plearty.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order
hasn’t yet been processed. Once shipped, we cannot redirect packages.
Missing or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received,
please contact us at hello@plearty.com within 5 days of the expected delivery
date. We will promptly investigate and assist in resolving the issue.
