Eligibility for Returns

  • Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number) is required

How to make returns

Since our product are shipped directly from our Amazon warehouse via Amazon FBA services, please follow the steps below : 

1. Contact us first via our contact form on our website or directly at hello@plearty.com to initiate your return request. Please include your order number and reason for return.
2.Once approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return label and clear
instructions on how and where to send your package.
3.Pack your item securely, include your original packing slip or order
confirmation, and attach the provided return shipping label.
4.Drop off your return package at the designated shipping carrier’s location.

Refunds 

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of thestatus of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to youroriginal payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is defectiveor damaged during transit.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item. Provide clear photographs and details about the issue to expedite the process. We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund, including return shipping charges. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain products may not be eligible for returns, including:

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Items clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

Exchanges

Exchanges are handled similarly to returns. If you would like to exchange your
product for a different variant, please initiate the return procedure first, and then
